Merchant Application Terms

By applying to become a LENAKA merchant you confirm that the business information provided is accurate and that you will accept Customer-to-Business (C2B) payments for lawful goods and services only.

Merchants receive a unique merchant code and settlement wallet. Merchant accounts are not agent accounts: merchants may not perform cash-in, cash-out, or hold agent float. LENAKA shops remain company tills and are separate from merchant accounts.

LENAKA may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke merchant status. False statements or misuse of the merchant code may lead to account closure and legal action.
